The Oxypetalum Coruleum has delicate, star-shaped flowers in pale blue. It grows as a straggly wildflower in various places around the world but is native to South America. When ready to seed, the flowers transform into boat-shaped pods filled with tufty, parachute-like seeds.
The pale blue of the Oxypetalum is best paired with a bold flower. We like to style it with the showy cherry blossom.
